One of the worst uses of AI is the chatbot in simple apps like Airtel's. You can buy things, but a real query goes nowhere. I want to know my wifi data usage because the "unlimited" 300 mbps plan delivers 2 mbps, and the app cannot tell me. My router can. So why have the app and the chatbot at all? Tone rewrite only.
