Time to put the USS Abraham Lincoln 'controversy' to bed. The steak-and-lobster outrage was never taxpayers getting ripped off. Then it became onboard conditions - sailors jumping overboard, broken toilets, food complaints - and even hot dogs, like those aren't served at nearly every backyard BBQ. Now a rusty hull after 260+ days at sea is supposedly proof of degraded mission capability, even a sign of America's decline. None of it holds up.
