The idea that the juror "lied to get on the jury" does not hold up. None of the alleged dirt these people have dug up would keep him off of a jury. Besides, people don't lie to get ON juries, folks. They lie to get off of them. Massachusetts pays like a 50 dollar stipend for jury duty. Nobody's lying and giving up weeks of their life for that. This guy simply accepted the civic duty he was forcibly conscripted into. Now you are trying to destroy his life for it. Shameful. Tone rewrite only.
