I've criticized Schumer and Jeffries for years and called for both to step aside. Polling shows more than 60% of Democratic voters agree, and I've been even harder on Schumer. So I don't buy the claim that racism explains the anger over Jeffries secretly meeting with Kushner. The anger is about the meeting, not his race.
