Our government doesn't answer questions. And once again Champagne says "Canada is doing fine." That isn't what Canadians see around them, and repeating it doesn't make it true. He also says second-quarter growth was over 3%. The 3.3% figure is annualized. Actual growth in the quarter was 0.8%, and I suspect even that number is flattered. I don't believe them.
