Leclerc's Monza crash: the four-minute medical car claim, checked
Charles Leclerc hit the wall at Parabolica on lap two at Monza and walked away. Fans say help took too long; here is what is known.
- What happened: Lap one, Hamilton dived inside at Turn 1 and was forced onto the gravel. A lap later Leclerc ran wide out of Ascari and spun into the barrier. Red flag. He climbed out unaided and walked to the medical car.
- His condition: Released before the restart with no injuries found. Blurred vision in one eye at first, some pain, more checks before Madrid. Antonelli won from 19th ahead of Russell.
- What the argument is about: A fan account says the medical car took about four minutes; no official timing exists. The other fight is Turn 1: hard racing against a teammate, or a move that wrecked Ferrari's home race.
